• Wipe and clean all interior window frames and ledges.

• Clean and sanitize all bathrooms/restrooms including mirrors.

• Vacuum all carpets if applicable

•Vacuum, sweep and mop all interior flooring.

• Remove any cobwebs.

• Clean counter tops and outsides of cabinets• Dusting off light fixtures, including ceiling fans when accessible

.• Wipe and clean the outside of all appliances, when free from obstruction.

Cleaning services beyond this list can be performed for an additional fee.

• Dusting off light fixtures, including ceiling fans when accessible.

• Wipe down all interior walls and ceilings when applicable not to exceed 9 feet.

Please note: basements are not included in livable square footage.

Remove dust from furniture (which includes vacuuming upholstery).
